• 9:15-10:15 – bike check at Duncan Meadows Golf Course  
• 10:30 – Wave 1 – 20k ITT – all Para & Junior  
• 12:00 – Wave 2 – BC Masters Event  
• 12:30 – Wave 3 – 40k ITT (participants in TTT start first)  
• 2:45 (est) Wave 4 – 20k TTT  
• 3:45-4:00 Awards in the Restaurant at Duncan Meadows Golf Course

BC TIME TRIAL and TEAM TIME TRIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
August 6, 2011

Tripleshot Cycling is proud to present the 2011 BC TT and TTT Championships. Thanks to the generous cooperation of the Sidney Velo Club and the BC Master’s Cycling Association 2011 will have a Provincial championship in the RACE OF TRUTH.

We apologize for the last minute notice but hope that all of our mainland friends will join us in the Warm Land of the Cowichan Valley on Saturday August 6th.

Take a 7am ferry over to the Island, race on your own, then race again with friends and still make it home the same day!  What could be better?

VCL @ Western Speedway this Wednesday, all the info is here. We will be racing rain or shine, we have ridden the track in the wet and it isn’t oily or any slipperier than a normal street. Without any sharp corners, we feel it will be safe to race.

We have also added two more dates to the VCL intro series: June 6th & 20th.
