Re: Monday on Sunday ride

I shall plan to join thee
In your morning revelry
Assuming I can fix thusly
My gears from skipping terribly

Re: PSA: Trigger Bell

What about a polite "hello, I'm on your left!" http://giphygifs.s3.amazonaws.com/media/8aYLkCDqldRbq/giphy.gif Sometimes I don't think think your a real cyclist L3... Don’t worry, L3, as long as the Trigger Bell isn’t connected to Ron’s Garmin, it should work JUST fine!! https://media1.tenor.com/im...

Where do you meet?
Room for newbie? :x
I can’t join but I can definitely say, from previous experience, a medical doctor is always welcome (and usually required!)

What kind of extra-curricular activities put a hole in the armpit of a t-shirt?
It’s an American thing, Rolf.

Re: Cross Group Size

I'd try to find a suitably gross parasitism gif but I've just finished my lunch. Sorry, John, I didn't hear you. Did you say parasite? Lunch? Whew, JTyre’s on a roll these days, eh? I guess our morning discussion on how little he actually resembles his Avatar/doppelgänger Bruce Willis inspired some...

Rolf, I wouldn’t be too concerned.

Sometimes the orderly, clean, hyper-rigid roady inside all of us need a good shake-out from time to time!

Funday Sunday 15 Sep

Anyone up for an off-road cross-cruise of undetermined destinations and duration? Meet at the Switch bridge at 730 (or later if the majority want to slurp oatmeal at Fairfield Starbucks per the usual). Promises to be kinda dark, rainy, and misty (ie: perfect!) https://media1.tenor.com/images/6f28f16...

Re: Monday 02 Sep X-Labour Ride

I'm thinking 3-ish hours. This is my first attempt at making a map on Strava, so assuming some mechanicals/wrong-turns/rapid-retreats from rabid rabbits/etc, the 2.5 hr estimate given may or may not be generous. If things are looking good, we can explore more blue trails in Hartland, or go around Ki...

Re: Monday 02 Sep X-Labour Ride

Still up for review/change/etc but I’m thinking of the following. With the spate of recent disagreements between Fennells and technical trails, it’ll be a bit more gravelly/roady than other rides: Lochside North Elk Lake Willis Pt (don’t plan on a hike-a-bike thru Partridge so no need for shoulder p...

Monday 02 Sep X-Labour Ride

What better way to celebrate Labour Day than labouring away on trails, gravel, and such? Probably meet at the Switch bridge at 0730. I’ll conjure up some route ideas while the Sunday crowd takes care of their Thetis fetishes. https://media1.tenor.com/images/5300ce8605635c7d0cc36f80231c382f/tenor.gif...

I’ll try to get there too. Happy to follow others. If there’s one thing I learned over the last two weeks, it’s that I’m shite in finding rideable singletrack. Image
