Re: Sunday, June 30th CX Day Ride on Olympic Adventure Trail

Hi Ron, I'm sure by now that Louise will have calmly reasoned with Greg, http://media.giphy.com/media/xUPGcx3LBi2HK1V0Ig/giphy.gif As for me, the Olympic Adventure Trail is looking more and more interesting. As long as the weather isn't too threatening, I'm probably, maybe, for sure, a possible go. ...

Re: Air compressor for bike tires?

Thanks, Rob. What brand of compressor do you have, and is the inflator something that comes separately? And, Alan, thanks for the offer but I think I'll take a pass. When it comes to mechanical things like inflating tires, your track record speaks for itself, http://media.giphy.com/media/1ZyiQHv5RUO...

Air compressor for bike tires?

Does anyone have a recommendation for an air compressor? I would like to buy one (used or new) that I can use to 1) seat and inflate tubeless cross tires, and 2) top-up road tires. Money is no object because I'll quickly recoup by exorbitantly charging Rolf and Alan to pump their tires.

I understand. Enjoy your ride, and I hope you have good company, swoops, and lots of sniffs.

See it at coffee, we can to start rebuilding then,

Dearest Rolf, http://media.giphy.com/media/gjC7ucoTg5AkHGcy3J/giphy.gif ... and so reciprocate by ditching your silly Metchosin route and helping your best buddy get ready for the Penticton Fundo with this . This way, we can cut off from the regular social Sunday at Willis, gossip about Alan, and st...

Y'know, there's an easier way to brag about doing all that solo vert 15 minutes faster than mashby, JT: change your privacy settings on Strava.
Sorry about the privacy settings, Rolf. Last time I exposed myself to you I was peeling off scabs for six weeks. :D

Mashby's mashup: My ride report

This morning, in support of mashby and against all of the negative responses, I tested his most recent route proposal + one clockwise loop of CHGC (on my crossbike). Here is my ride report: 1. Depart 5:30 am 2. Flat, climb, flat, climb, flat, climb, flat 3. Arrive PV at 7:20 am, 46 km. Next time mas...

But, not tomorrow because I have a recurring 6 am teleconference on Wednesdays. I never miss these because I'm able to participate from my home office with only my p...

Re: Sunday, June 9 - Testament, Partridge Hills and some speed trails

That's a beaut of a route, Ron, but I'll be staring down at asphalt for 5.5 hours morrow morning. Your way into Partridge will feature plenty of hike-a-bike; last visit Rolf was close to an orgasm, while Fozzy cursed continuously :D. Let me know what you think of that connection into the Centra Gas ...

A friendly constable was kind enough to accept my request to laser Heather speeding along Dallas during yesterday's Master's TT. Congratulations on your win, Heather! Your ticket is in the mail.

p.s. Alan, please ignore JohnT's razzing about your mismatched jersey. You'd never fall to peer pressure from your other three teammates, would you?

I'm in Barton, need to get some kilometerage in before the Penticton Fondo.

Do you you think it will be too warm for my cyclocross kit?
