On the ride I wanted to participate it, the offender was the 10th person registered but they were also on two other rides... Surely t...

Touche John. I know weight is a sensitive subject to broach for many and I realize that my post could have come off the wrong way. It wasn't my intent.

Looking for input on weight loss from riding.

Hi all, So one of the unintended consequences of riding these past couple years is that I’ve gone from 188 lbs to 172 lbs. I thought I had levelled out at 175- a weight I felt comfortable with- but I seem to still be dropping. Aside from the obvious conclusion of just taking in more calories, which ...

Re: Where to get Repairs During Covid

Shimano SRAM and campy each have different freehub body types. Thankfully it’s eas y to buy the correct freehub and s...

Claire, what do you think of Bens idea above? Nominate someone to organize the next one, or does someone want to volunteer? My route skills are infantile otherwise I would step up.

Gravel biking’s early origins.

Proof that gravel bikes are just Mtn bikes from the 80s. This is a fun distraction and brought a smile to my face. I had a fanny pack very similar to that.

Re: Virtual training options

I don’t know if Zwickau does this but TrainerRoad uses something called virtual power to help with targeting proper zones. They have a datab...
