58cm Ridley Supercross For Sale

My son is selling his cross bike. Great starter bike, for a tallish rider (6 to 6'6" maybe), or a great frame and fork for upgrades if you need a project.

Re: Here's an a propos article

A good article for sure. Very relatable for all us MAMILs. I was just glad, while reading it, that my wife rides with me, and has nicer bike than me, so I don't have to buy all black bikes.

Re: Trainer session with Jay Lamoureux

Even better, get a trainer tire (if you are doing regular indoor sessions. They are made of a different rubber compound (not really rubber at all) that does not wear off as easily. This prevents you from inhaling tiny particles of rubber dust, and your outdoor tires will last a lot longer :) The rec...

Alan,

Will there be non-beer related drinks for those who can't handle it?

I have trouble holding my 40 km/h ave. when I do Malahat repeats. Often drops to 37. Time to juice?

Sorry we missed you Barton!

Heather and I had our alarms set to meet you, but (as you said) we heard the rain, and went back to sleep. Did get 85 km in later in the mostly dry. Maybe 1 hour of drizzle. Colder than two weeks ago though. Winter's settling in!

See you all tomorrow!

Bonus marks for carrying a ship-load of food! Canned food! I'm loading up at least 100lbs. Feels so good on Ash! Oh...and decorate you bikes with lights. Legal question for John: could we invite our extended cycling family (riders form other clubs) or would this put our club at risk? Would be cool t...

Very sorry folks, we cannot get the use of the Velodrome on Sunday the 10th as the infield is now controlled by the rugby club who paid for the turf to be installed. They have a game on, and have it booked. Unfortunately the field and track cannot be used at the same time. We are working on some oth...

Re: TTT crash this am...

Yup, my bad. Very sorry Alan. Things happened quickly and as I started to move right to go around the commuter, she swerved out into the middle of the lane. I was just starting to move my hand back to signal a move right, when this happened, and I had to grab my bars and avoid her swerve. I do apolo...

Re: Rough coming home from Thursday TT

Holy hell! Glad you are talking and joking. What a morning. A crash (sorry about that guys), an irate motorist and some car punches, then a broken coffee cup. I thought that would be the end of it. So sorry to hear about this crash Neil. Take care,
