Re: A Tripleshot Poem

This is super cool. How did she capture all of that about the spirit of tripleshot? Re: Tuesday B1 crash

Ditto on what Alan said. Take car Mike and Marc! I'm really glad that in the end it isn't as bad as it looked like it could have been. But damn!!! Injuries can take a long time to heal, shoulders especially. Give yourself time to recover, lots of Physio, good massages and TLC. When you are ready, I ...

Thanks to all of those who have offered to help out at the bikefest. I have made a schedule and sent it out to all the volunteers. If you haven't volunteered and would like to at this event, stop by the tripleshot tent and see if the people on duty want a break.

Thanks everyone!

Re: Request from the Oak Bay Police regarding our Tuesday ri

Perhaps this is the 'post-50', 'post- crash Paula' speaking (I like to ...

As it is important not to drop people on a no drop ride, it is also important to seed yourself with the group that is best suited to your riding ability on that day.. as best you can. Although on a B ride there s...

I believe Oak Bay Bikes and Russ Hayes, Trek-Pro-City,… maybe Broadstreet. You might want to call them first and ask.

I love my specialized Ruby elite. I got both of mine off used Victoria. Buying secondhand is the way too go!! a bike fitting with Dave and Barb is a worthwhile investment too!
