Re: A2 versus B1

What great ideas. It will bring a fun and competitive element to the ride. Some days you may be tired and sit in the group and when feeling 'frisky' can attempt a breakaway. I would only attempt that though with Steve Lund in the group. Ha ha!

Re: Mount Baker 2018 : August 25-26

Thursday 1st. 8pm. I highly recommend this ride if you have not done it before. It was fantastic. There were six of us last year, all of equal (ish) standard.

I would appreciate if anyone riding tomorrow could recommend what PSI we should ride on? I will be on my CX bike. Thanks in advance.

Project 529

Bike theft is the scourge of cyclists around the world, with riders, manufacturers and the law struggling to coordinate a response. That was until Vancouver city cop Rob Brunt and Xbox pioneer J Allard devised Project 529 https://www.theguardian.com/cities/2017/nov/07/theft-bike-app-vancouver-projec...

Long ride anybody?

Would anyone be interested in joining me on a long sunny ride one day this week; I am flexible on the day and time. I'd like to ride between 150-200km. I was thinking of riding along Telegraph Rd, Cowichan Bay Rd, Chemainus etc. I'll take the Mill Bay ferry one way or even both to avoid the Malahat....

The greatest ever individual performance by an Irishman

One of the best cycling documentaries I have heard. Stephen Roche is the only ever rider to win the Giro, Le Tour and the World Champs in the same season and it nearly never happened. Listen why?

Ironically I can 'hurt' like no other, dig into the suitcase of courage at every opportunity, t...
