Re: New Kit Order: Fall 2018

This morning I verified that my Barrier Wind Jacket which is "constructed with our Windproof and Water Resistant AGRAVIC fabric to keep you dry and comfortable" behaves exactly the same as Rolf's Sidewinder jacket at half the price. Having said that, water beaded up on one of my sleeves for about 20...

Still too warm for Winter Jacket?

Due to popular demand (or persistent whining on my part - take your pick), Jackroo have added a "real" winter jacket option to the kit order: http://shop.jakroo.ca/Storefront-Canada/Tripleshot-Cycling-Club-2018/MAGI-126486-SIDEWINDER-1 . Note that the $206 price doesn't include the 25% club discoun...

Re: Big Loop Ride July 15th ... details please

The third group? I think that the collective memory of the third group last year is a little muddled. As I recall, the third group consisted of Amy, Gerry and an old, fat and weak guy whom they were pulling after he was dropped by the second group climbing out of Jordan River. If it hadn't been for ...

Re: Second Annual Tripleshot Track Day! - Sat May 5

I had a great time today learning a little about track riding. We started with a few instructions and then they let us loose on the track. Around twenty riders were on the track for the rest of the day. We had some group training, individual 200m timed events, lunch, and ended with a couple of fun g...

Hi John, Thanks to you and everyone else who worked so hard to make it a lovely, safe and well organized ride. Shirley is an alternative for a stop if Sooke is dropped. Re: Looking for lower end bike for month rebt

Hi Paula,

There is always Spokes at UVic. Not sure we have anything for 6ft 2 person. I think the tallest we have is a 57cm Miyata 610. Quite a few bikes suitable for your other guest. $5 per day and $25.00 per week.

Cheers,

Alan,
What a treasure you unearthed. I am pretty sure that this is Joel Kinnaman--the statuesque, pretty boy, on again/off again president in House of Cards.

Trust me, I am Swedish too.
