Hey, all. I did a block of indoor workouts coached by Kelly Guest this past Fall and thought some of you might be interested in the next block.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30pm January 8th - March 11th.
Mondays are coached through the magic of the internet. You stay in your own home and log onto the live workout via an app called "Zoom." With this app, we can all see each other and hear Kelly lead the workout. It`s kind of like a video conference, but more sweaty. Mondays are focused on sprints and speed development. 10 sessions/$100
Wednesdays can either be done via Zoom, as above, or you can come to the location and sweat in person. This location is in the garage of a private home near West Burnside and Mackenzie. Wednesdays are focused on muscular endurance. 10 sessions/$100
There is the option to hook into one or both days, and Kelly emails a link with a video of the workouts so you can repeat them later if you have to miss one.
