Wednesday: Hills

6:00 am @ Fort & Richmond in the Pareto Logic Parking Lot.

Roll out is no later than 6:05 am sharp.

All rides end at 7:15 am. Post ride coffee is at Pure Vanilla on Cadboro Bay Road.

Hills are ridden at your own pace.  The standard workout is 4 repeats of Cadboro Bay Hill, 3 repeats of Sinclair Hill, and 2 repeats of Mt Tolmie, The group rolls out from Pareto together and usually regroups at the top of Sinclair before riding over to Tolmie.
